House terms
A short, honest set of terms for staying at Silk Serenity, Kanan Vihar Phase 2, Patia, Bhubaneswar.
Identification at check-in
A valid government-issued photo ID is required from every guest at check-in. Unmarried couples are welcome — any valid government ID is accepted.
Right of admission
Silk Serenity reserves the right of admission and may decline a booking at its discretion, in line with applicable law.
Damage & liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or its contents during their stay, and may be charged the cost of repair or replacement.
Quiet hours
We share our floors with other guests. We’d appreciate keeping noise considerate, especially late in the evening and early morning, so everyone’s hours stay peaceful.
Check-in, check-out & cancellations
Full-day stays run 12:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next morning; early check-in on request, subject to availability. By completing a booking, you agree to our cancellation policy.
