Silk Serenity by Shreyanshi Leisure respects your privacy. This page explains, plainly, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit our booking form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), and stay details (room, dates, hours, guests, special requests). This information is stored securely in our Supabase database and shared with our on-site staff via WhatsApp so your stay can be confirmed and prepared.
Analytics
If website analytics are enabled, we may collect anonymized usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type) to understand how our website is used and improve it. This data is not linked to your booking information.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your details are used only to manage your booking and, where permitted, to follow up about your stay.
Your choices
To request that we delete your booking information, email us at hello@silkserenity.com and we’ll action it as soon as possible.
