Plans change. Here’s exactly what happens to your booking at Silk Serenity depending on when you cancel.
More than 24 hours before check-in
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your check-in time receive a full refund.
Within 24 hours of check-in
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
No-shows
If you do not arrive for your booking and do not cancel, the stay is non-refundable.
Celebration & special packages
For proposal, birthday, and other celebration packages, different terms may apply because of decor and third-party arrangements booked on your behalf. Please check the specific terms for your package at the time of booking on WhatsApp.
